• Step 2 – We’ll email you with an estimate* of what the repair price will be.
• Step 3 – You accept the estimate and we’ll arrange collection, repair and return of your laptop.

*N.B. Our estimate is based on the information you give us. We try our best to give an accurate quote but if, when we open up the laptop, there is more work involved or additional parts needed, then we will contact you with a revised quote. At this point you can change your mind and we’ll return the laptop to you, there will only be a charge of £25 to cover the courier’s collection and delivery.

If, at any point during your laptop repair, you have questions, we are happy to talk them through with you. We understand that sending your laptop away to be fixed can be worrying but our aim is to make the process as quick and easy as possible.
